The Empow(her) Foundation currently leads a nine-session program (3 months in total length), facilitated by Kelly Lynn Adams & other mentors who is passionate about the advancement & education of girls. The program meets once a week for 90 minutes on zoom which encourages live participation and encourages the girls to connect with each other.
Each week a new principle is taught which builds upon the previous principle; and mentorship & coaching is given ultimately helping girls take accountability for their thoughts, feelings and actions and moving them into a place of confidence, security, and self-assurance. During this program, the girls have an opportunity to start their own businesses or start a fun project, and they will be guided along the way.
Any girl globally can apply to this program free of charge, there will be an application, interview process and meet and greet over zoom with Kelly Lynn before acceptance into the program. There will be 2 groups to this program, ages 7-11 in one group and ages 12-17 in the second group. The requirement for this group is for the girls to be committed, willing to learn and able to show up and participate fully. Apply below and we will send you more information of when the initial group starts!
